Step 1:
Training Needs Analysis
We run Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for each of the different parts of your organisation so we can construct the courses exactly to each of your teams specific needs.
Step 2:
Development
Our trainers take the information gained in the TNA to create bespoke courses for each of your teams needs, informed by the Training Needs Analysis, and designed to your systems needs.
Step 3:
Deployment
The same trainers who wrote the bespoke courses then teach that same content to the teams they are designed for. These courses can be done at your site, in our training rooms or virtually, whichever works best for you.
Step 4:
Follow Up
Once your courses are completed we will meet with you to conduct a post project review. In this meeting we will discuss how the course went, how people found it, and recomendations going forward to help you get even more out of your training.
