About this Course:
This course takes an accelerated approach to covering all the major aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including utilising Sales and Marketing applications, managing and customising the Dynamics 365 system to meet specific business requirements, creating and importing automated processes including Workflows and Business Rules. It also includes 360 degree overview of Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
It combines all the material from the T4D103 - Dynamics 365 Sales Fast Track course, with the T4D104 - Dynamics 365 Sales Customisation and Configuration Fast Track course, and includes an additional module on Marketing Lists and Campaigns.
