‘(Trainer) was fantastic and I could not fault him. He had fantastic knowledge and a natural ability to explain and communicate complicated features in a simple way. I particularly appreciated his live drawings to help aid explanations. We asked quite a few questions and he was always very patient and thorough in answering these. Objectively speaking, MB-200 isn't the most exciting thing in the world but the trainer really brought it to life and made it as interesting as possible.'
'(Trainer), was excellent easy to understand and drove the course at the right speed. '
'Really happy. This is the very first online instructor led course I have done and was really impressed with it. The (Trainer) has such a lot of knowledge and is very calm, patient and explains concepts in a really easy to understand way. '
Natalie-Jayne, JNH Intelligent Solutions Ltd
'Training timetable was ideal. Breaking up the course during the afternoons was a good call because they become more 'bite-size' and easily consumable. (Doing 2 full days over Teams may lead to a lack of focus and tailing off of knowledge absorption as the training progressed). Teams was a good platform to use for this as it allowed a delegate to share their screen during troubleshooting. The (Trainer) appeared prepared for questions indicating that his knowledge was high and gave plenty of time for labs, which I think is important for remote based learning..'
Andrew, Swiss Re.
'Nothing was too much trouble for (Trainer) and she certainly knows the subject. Very pleased - thank you. I will certainly be able to use things I've learnt almost immediately when I return to the office'
Ian, Vistry Group

Caroline, Wessex Water.
'The Course Content was very good and (Trainer) demonstrated excellent knowledge - the Pace was Slower than I was used to however I see there was an incredible amount of content to include. The Environment warm and relaxing..'
